What? A hands-on training course for actually launching a nonprofit urban garden program: teach at-risk urban families how to grow nutritious, fresh vegetables in 8 weeks. You will learn how grow food too!

CSDi’s Commitment: Due to social distancing, those of you working at home, and the need to provide nutrition to urban families in need, The Center for Sustainable Development is committed to providing support during these difficult times by offering this 8 week, live instructor course for FREE.

When? Beginning May 5, 2020, you will receive weekly, hands-on assignments from your course teacher designed to get you growing vegetables in 8 weeks. This training program will be led by CSDi’s Executive Director, Tim Magee. Mr Magee has 40 years of experience in urban vegetable growing.
